Tamara puts her twist on making peanut butter using coconut oil and everyday kitchen tools in her Balkan kitchen.
It’s so easy to make and the few ingredients available almost anywhere in the world.
You will need:
200 grams of peanuts.
2 table spoons of cold pressed coconut oil.
Grind the peanut in a electrical coffee grinder until desired consistency.
Melt coconut oil in a microwave for 20 seconds.
Mix all together.
Simple, 2 ingredient peanut butter.
